A “VAT not applicable” option lets you issue an invoice without VAT. The invoice is downloadable as a PDF. Everything happens in your browser, with no data sent to our servers.

How are the VAT and total calculated?
Each line’s quantity times unit price gives the subtotal; VAT is applied at your chosen rate (or 0 when “VAT not applicable” is ticked), and the total updates live.

Are my files kept or shared?
